The clinic is also home to Sanford Tom and Frances Leach Bismarck Dialysis, which features 24 state-of-the-art dialysis stations.

The Sanford Transplant Center is certified by both the United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) and Medicare. The center works with LifeSource (Regional Organ Procurement Organization) and UNOS to help qualified recipients receive life-saving organ transplants. UNOS is a national agency that maintains the national waiting list for organ recipients.
