How are online video visits and in-person urgent care different?
Video visits cover a wide range of common conditions and can be a less costly care option than urgent care. With a video visit, you’ll see a provider through your device screen, rather than face-to-face in person like traditional urgent care. Additionally, video visits are available 24/7 whereas urgent care hours vary by location.
