Sanford Laboratories - Rapid City is a direct access testing location where you can order select lab tests without a referral. This convenient lab testing program gives you the freedom to monitor your health on your schedule.

These tests shouldn’t replace your regular healthcare visits. If you receive an abnormal test result, please contact your primary care provider.

Payment is required at the time of service and insurance won’t be billed. We accept all major credit cards and health savings account (HSA) cards. We can’t accept cash or checks for these services.
