An Expert in Hospital Care
Dr. Briggs cares for patients requiring hospital treatment with medicine rather than surgery, such as those with pneumonia, meningitis, gastrointestinal bleeding or chest pain.
She monitors patients daily and coordinates their care with specialty physicians and departments, such as physical therapy and social services.
Additionally, Dr. Briggs serves as an assistant professor of medicine and as part of the core faculty for the Transitional Year Residency Program at University of North Dakota School of Medicine.
